The Greater Boston East zone continues the trend as the best area for residential investment property opportunities in the region with above average cap rates in Chelsea, East Boston, Winthrop and Revere. Several more opportunities came on the market recently and in these reports a Chelsea three family with 9+ cap rate will need work but should have enough room for a good return.
