Basic Listing - 1.5% - 30 day minimum contract

Premium Listing - 2.25% - 60 day minimum contract

Elite Listing - 3.0% 90 day minimum contract

Entry Only Listing - Flat Fee $2000 - 30 day minimum contract

All of the Listing Services Options and Buyer Representation plans can be modified for each clients unique needs and requirements either through adding Concierge Services or modification of contract length or individual line items. All engagements require an initial consultation. Any fees paid for consultations are applied to services engagement contract.
