Prices are starting to rise in the Greater Boston South zone for residential investment properties, but a few gems to pursue in these reports including a 12 unit asset in Neponset with $300k in annual income and a cap rate potential of 5 based on current rents along with a few three family properties with cap rate potential in the 6+ range.
