Greater Boston Traded Assets - Carey Cap Rate Report 3+ 19-2
Switching gears this week to evaluate some of the recently traded Multifamily 3+ unit Greater Boston properties. This weeks report will provide a look at properties sold during the second quarter of 2019.
Continuing with another solid group of low priced investments for investors with most of these showing 6+ cap rate potential and a couple that should get 7-8 cap rate returns from their asset purchase.
Many of these properties have been inspected but the information provided in the report as well as the income/expenses used to calculate the ratings are based on estimates, therefore many assumptions have been made about each of the properties that would require a property visit and/or further research and due diligence before relying on this information to formulate an offer.
