After a week of reviewing new listings we are back this week to evaluate some of the recently traded 3+ unit Multifamily Greater Boston properties. This weeks reports will continue to provide a look at properties sold during the very active second quarter of 2019.

Investors looking for 6-8 cap rate potential from 3+ unit investments selling for under $1m can follow those buyers in this report that did just that by focusing on properties in Chelsea, Dorchester, Everett, Malden and Mattapan.
