Greater Boston-Zone 1 City-New Listing Carey Cap Rate Report 19-04-05

No standouts in these City zone reports but there are several average investment properties with high 4 cap rates to consider with a couple of South Boston assets currently showing above market rents there could be an opportunity for a 5 cap rate. A two family in Teele Sq priced at under $150k per bedroom is also worth a look.

Many of these properties have been inspected but the information provided in the report as well as the income/expenses used to calculate the ratings are based on estimates, therefore many assumptions have been made about each of the properties that would require a property visit and/or further research and due diligence before relying on this information to formulate an offer.
