Several new residential investment property listings in the Greater Boston City zone in these reports. A ten unit property in the North End looks like the best opportunity in these reports along with a couple of Somerville two families in fringe neighborhoods of Winter Hill and Magoun Sq that are quickly becoming more attractive.
