Several new residential investment property listings in the Greater Boston City zone in these reports. A 27 bed in Spring Hill came back on the market with a 5+ cap rate potential along with a couple of Somerville two families in fringe neighborhoods of Union Sq and Magoun Sq that are quickly becoming more attractive and are showing good 5+ cap rate potential.
