New listing volume in the Greater Boston East zone is now active for residential investment property opportunities in this region with several standouts including a few 7+ cap rate potential two-three family properties and for the beginner investor or owner occupant a price drop on a small two family in Revere will need some work but is showing a 9+ cap rate potential.
