The Greater Boston North zone covering Everett, Malden and Medford continues to show promising above average residential investment property opportunities. A few of the listings in this weeks report came back on market with one of them near Tufts showing annual income estimate over $100k for 4 units and a 3 family in Everett with over a cap rate potential over 7 both being good opportunities to pursue.
