A couple of nice finds on this Greater Boston Residential Investment Property Carey Cap Rate Report of traded assets. Including a twelve bed in Mission Hill with a mid 7 cap rate potential
Mostly a balanced group of win-win trades for buyers and sellers but one seller of a 3 family in Somerville with a mid 3 cap rate saw the greatest result.
